My husband received a promotion as Frozen Food Manager and he has not yet to receive a promotion raise. They keep telling him he is going to get one but they keep putting him off. He has been in this position for one month already. In Texas, is this legal to give him such a promotion with no raise?

Yes. They could even give what they call a promotion and lower his salary. If he has too much work for the pay, he should quit.
