Hi people
Right my internet ex keeps crashing or freezing ill be looking at something and ill go to scroll down the page and its crashed or ill go to open it from the desk top click on it it'll come up and before anything has come up on myhome page its crashed.I did uninstall it and reinstalled it and thought the problem had been fixed but after 30 minutes it started it again.

I don't really want to use Firefox I would like to keep internet ex but I can't seem to fix this problem

I know that I can reset the cookies but how do I do that because every time I go to the Microsoft page it crashes just before I get to read it.funni thing is I can be on ask me help desk half the night and it won't crash then as soon as I get an email and go to hotmail to read it,it crashes.sometimes before its properly loaded its crashed and other times I can be on it hours without aproblem then all of asudden it'll crash

Anybody any got aclue on how I can fix this,other than changing browsers?
