How do you give up you rites due to a one night stand?
    We are in Florida.

1st I can start by saying my brother dated this girl till.. he caught her w someone else..
Then 2nd my brother inlaw braught home the same girl.. (un knowing) then one night he slept with her that was 1 yr ago. To make matters worse I aloud her around the house cause we felt bad she had a son w/someone else. And he wasn't taken care of so my husband and I took him shopping and baught shoes and clothes and would have to bath him every time I seen him he was filthy.. but anyway in the mean time she robed us blind. Took our bussness checkbook and personal for her own pleasure spent money when I found out it was her I never let her come back.. then she came to our bar(wich we own) and slept with 3 guys 2 wich were married and 3 chicks beet her down in our parking lot.. I threw her out and told her never to come near my home bussness and or family again..
1 yr is now and today I received a letter from the corts for him to show up in court in 2 days.for child suport.. now this crazy money hungry hoe.. has always tried to get in our family and our money.. and my bro in law wants nothing to do with her and or that baby.. how can he sighn over his rites.. and is it possible in Florida..

I found out in that 1 yr she was bar hopping w multiple men and sleeping w multiple men at one time.. the kid could be anyone's. How do I find out for him if he can just sighn rites over.. and does he have to deal with her or the kid ?

I do beleve she is a money grubbing hoe.. in it for the $$$ only.. cause she never wanted kids to begin with and when she was around my husband and myself took care of the son she had cause he was always dirty and we baught clothes for him so hed look decent in sted of trash .

My heart goes out to the kids but I do beleve its only about money. And I wouldn't never agree on this except she took my family for a ride and stole money & he and we all feel this is her way of getting $$ or to be able to be around the family.

Ok So I Didn't Say I Owned The Bar & He Is Always Their FAMILY OWNED AND RAN.. He Didn't Know Her And Never Seen Her In Their Till After They were Over... Trying To Throw Herself Around Making Him Jelliouse. Witch Never Worked.. In Sted She Lookd Stupid

And No He Hasn't Done Paturnity As Of Yet.. Cause Today Was The First Time We Found Out About It... By Mail

I think you mean to ask how he can give up his 'rights' to the child. A 'rite' is something entirely different in meaning.

Since the mother of the child seems a bit promiscuous, I would suggest when he shows up to the court, he requests a DNA testing to determine if he is the father or not. Until that has been settled, the courts will not assess him support payments.

I don't think he can just sign off as a parent. The only way that can be done is if someone is adopting the child and wants the child to have their name. If the mother put the child up for adoption to a different household or if she married and her new husband wanted the child to carry his name.

Just take it one step at a time. Start with the DNA testing. That is the most important right now.

Yes, although the Catholic Church has a lot of "rites" this is not one of them.

I will also be honest I did not read all of your question, since the reason why she got pregnant does not matter. He needs to require a DNA test and if he does not want to use any rights, he does not have to, just don't go see the child, but if that child is his, he will be obligated to pay child support unless the mother has a partner to adopt.
There would not be men sitting in jail tonight if there was a way to give up paying child support

Did he even sign the birth certificate. Even if he did he needs to tell the court he wants a paternity test since he has reason to believe he may not even be the father.
