Go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test.

Note, back to back pregnancies are not a good idea, it's really hard on your body, so it's time to start using birth control.

Have you already started having unprotected sex ? If so yes you could easily be pregnant again. But you go back and check

You can definitely be pregnant. I know a few people that have gone for their 6 week check up and found out there pregnant again. They had their babies 10 monthes apart. Good luck and let me know how everything turns out please.
