I Am 8 Weeks Post Had T.a.h Hysterectomy On 2nd Of Feb 2008 Now I Have Haeomna I Am On Anibiotics At The Moment Just Hope These Will Cure It Can Anybody Help.:(

If the bleeding or trauma that caused the hematoma is finished, the hematoma should slowly resorb in several weeks, depending on the original size.

If it does not, a source of bleeding should be looked into.

I assume you are on antibiotics because of an infection. A hematoma, blood, can be a medium for an abscess to develop. This will delay the resolution of the hematoma
