I lost custody of my childern three years ago, I still have the parental rights of them but I cannot have them. I just want to put my kids to bed every night, and send them to school in the morning. I am a good mom I just need a second chance. I don't know where to start. How do I get the ball rolling in getting them back?

Did you lose custody to the father of the children or did social services place them out of your care?

If custody was lost to their father, you will need to bring him to court to ask for shared custody or placement

If social services was involved... talk to the social worker assigned to your case and see what the conditions are to getting your children back... then work like hell to meet those conditions and maintain the lifestyle so they will place them back with you.
