I have a brand new Dell Computer and I keep getting a Google Toolbar EULA popup after startup, when I try to remove it from the startup utility I am denied acess even though I am the administrator for this machine, Can anyone help?

You need to remove it through the programs add/delete utility. Try that.

If going through add/delete don't work, try booting up in SAFE mode. With safe mode you don't get all the start up files. You only get what the puter needs to run. You won't get any idrivers for say the modem, printers , etc... Then go in and try and delete it that way. Should work
