Hi Mukata. I called to the IRS in Philadelphia and they informed me that I can´t use treaty benefit because Brasil has no treaty with U.S.A. They said that the taxes I made in 2004 were wrong.. because... I used the treaty benefit and it´s not correct. So, they told me to use form 1040NR-EZ. I have been talking with friends.. and everyone did differently... well, I apreciate for your help and attention. If you have a different opinion from then I want to know.

Also there is a difference between "You can not use treaty benefit" and "there is no tax treaty between Brazil and the U.S."
