My boyfriend is always getting high, and he said he would and he does stop for a good week and few days and than its back to the way it was before, and it just upsets me a lot. I don't understand if the fact that he smokes is what really upsets me, or he does it and promises he won't do it agn, and he tries to even lie about it, I have asked him to pick either me or that and he picks me, but still does that. And every time he's high he is just different and not always in a goodway:(

You might have to give him a choice the drugs or me, and stick to your guns. Or else maybe if you can't do that you can ask him to get some help through a 12 step program and if he choses to do neither you have to decide do you want to live with him and the drugs. Just some suggestions.

If he picks you and still does it that means he has NOT picked you but wants his cake and eat it too. As long as you keep falling for that he will keep doing that.
You say he is always getting high. Drugs are hard habit to quit and it only gets worse.
How is he when he goes weeks not getting high? Are you positive he is even going weeks without getting high? He may just be hiding it better.

THNKS GUYS! I think I will be asking one more time if he choices me or his durgs and if that's what he chooses than I'm done! And yah I feel like what if he is lying, but thing about him is I can tell every time he lies and he can't hide it, I can see in his eyes, or even the way he kisses me. He didn't use to do this when I first met him so I know how he acts when he is on it and when he isn't just because I have been so close to hm for so long but I also can't really trust him, even if he isn't doing it I feel like he would be still on it

If you don't want your b/f to smoke weed, don't be the girlfriend of a weed smoker. See how easy that is?

Don't threaten to leave him if he smokes weed, he will lie to you and you will still be the g/f of a weed smoker.

Don't beg him to stop smoking weed, he will feel bad, try to stop, fail, and you'll still the g/f of a weed smoker but you'll both feel like crap.

Don't get upset when someone you like does something you don't like. Just don't keep hanging around just because you like him.

Don't be all confused and frustrated that he does something you don't like, he's allowed to, and it's not the least bit AGAINST you, he does it because he likes it. Period. No other drama.

The only thing you need to concern yourself with is whether you will cleave forever and always, forsaking all others... to this weed smoker. It's completely up to you.

You can't change him. But you can change your geography.

He has to want to quit.

He's not quitting. Find someone else and stop beating yourself up over him and his "mistress the weed".

He'll stop when he wants to stop and not a second sooner or for anyone else, not even you.
