I am considering getting married to a lady from the Ukraine. What are the restrictions and requirements for getting married in West Va to an immigrant? I am already familiar with the green card and visa requirements but I just read there are particular re strictions per state. Is this right?

You main concern should be visa procedures as there are certain restrictions and requirements that both of you have to meet and be able to submit proofs.

It's fine to get married. W. Va. Will allow you to get married unless you are already married to someone else. That would be the only stop that I can find. Otherwise good luck and congrats.
