I'm a teen, how do I lose weight effectively?
    I'm 15 years old.
    I am 5 foot 7 inches
Am a healthy weight of 128 pounds.

But I would like to be slightly smaller

My goal weight by June 15, is 110

    Probably impossible or unhealthy
    And rapid.
But I could use the weight loss.
    I wear a 2 piece.

    Lol.

    Help me out!

Well you should go on a very healthy diet. All you have to do is eat lots of salads and vegetables. The sugaryness of fruits is good but not good. And you should also work out for at least an hour and thirty minutes. If not that at least thirty if you can. Billy's boot camp in any edition is a film that can also help you. Good luck! Just try your best and stay away from those sugary foods. And no chicken, ribs, or anything like that. Just straight vegetables. And fruits are very good for you but don't eat a lot of them mainly focus on vegetables. And if you do eat the fruits mostly eat apples and bananas. Have fun! But don't cheat because you are only cheating yourself!

    I am not a Patsy
You're thin and you are unreasonably concerned.
Take it from someone that really is 15 and over-weight.

    K, thanks.

OP hasn't posted recently, but it was just revived...

Instead of lbs, think about strength and definition. You have time to drop some lbs possibly, but even better, you have time to define your body better... a lot can happen in 6-8 weeks... and even if you aren't exactly where you want to be, you will be primed to get there.

If you are still interested, post again and tell what you want from your body. What are the "problem areas"... forget about lbs.
