Is it expensive to add spouse's name to house deed ? How do you do it? What rights does that now give the spouse? Can the name be taken away once added by other spouse?

If here is a mortgage on he property, is it OK with them to add a name on the deed, get their permission unless you already know it is OK ( in loan papers)

You can quitclaim deed it to the two of you ( add spouse)

Once added they will have that ownership you give them, will they be added as tennants in common, joint tennants, joint with right of survivalship?? Just depends on how you name them.

But once on, you can not take them off without "their" permission, or without going though divorce court, this can often invovle buying their share back.
