I live in a 65 unit apartment building in Wisconsin. There are 3 people who decided to form an association for the building. About 7-10 residents attend meetings, for lack of anything better to do. This association now seems to think we, the residents need their permission to hold a bingo game in the community room if we care to. They also want to know who the callers will be! How can I respond to them to let them know that we do not need anyone's permission to play games with our neighbors?

Does the management team for the apartment know any of this is going on? They are the ones to talk to.

Are they authorised by the apartment owners ?

But basically I would laugh at them and tell them to go play management somewhere else
