    US Constitution
What part of the US constitution states that children cannot be charged for the crimes their parents commit? (example: father commits murder... son can't be charged with fathers murder)... Do you have an exact quote or site I could visit to see that law?

This isn't in the Constitution. It's a matter for local laws.

First one has to understand laws like Murder and the such are state laws, not federal laws.

And in general this all falls under the due process part of the constittuion that says one has to have proper court proceedings

If you are looking for criminal laws, look in the state laws for criminal activity.
