No. Are you unhealthy? Do you feel uncomfortable with your weight? Don't rely on other people to tell you what the right weight for you is. Learn to be comfortable with yourself.
You're BMI is 27.2

I'm afraid this puts you in the overweight category.
However BMI is not a perfect measure, do you work out a lot and do you have a lot of muscle? Muscle is heavier than fat and can cause false answers.
If not I would consider trying to loose a bit of weight for your health.
Obesity related diseases can cut years off your life. For example type two diabetes can shorten your lifespan by 5-10 years*. Yes that much!
ChihuahuaMomma is right that you should be happy in yourself but I also believe you should be healthy. Only because you are doing a disservice to yourself not to be.
You can go to your doctor and get your body fat percentage checked in a more accurate way. They can also advise if you need to loose wieght and if so how to go about doing it.
Good luck

No matter your height or weight, you should be active. People with optimal bmi's can suffer from health problems without exercise.
So... don't fret so much about your numbers... think about if you are working and moving your body. The more you exercise, the more likely you are to sustain a healthy lifestyle in the long run.
You don't have to climb a mountain in week one. Try to walk or run, hike or swim... do something with your body every other day. In time, you are likely to keep it up, having felt how a little work can make your body be stronger.
I've almost always been fit, but my weight has always been off since HS... I'm just built broader. If I had an "optimal" weight, my BMI would be unhealthy.
So... your goal is to move your body, make your heart pound, at least 3-4 times a week. The more you use it, the better your health will be, no matter if your numbers are "optimal" or not.
