My mom kicked my out and said I could stay with my aunt so I did now she is tryign to make me come back home. I am 17 years old and will be eight teen in less than 3 months. I can not go back she is constantly putting me down on a dily basis it is an emotional rollercoaster and I can't hndle but so much. One mintue she says I'm the reason for her financial problems and she can't wiat for me to leave and get out. The next she wants be home because I'm her legal respnability and she didn't mean the things she siad. I don't want to go home and don't know what to do except to get emancipated.

To be emancipated you have to be able to prove you can live on your own, not with an aunt. Besides the process would probably take more than 3 months.
