    Hey I gt a red skin colored bump just above the base of my penis and it looks like a penis pimple I have had it twice before but I'm a little worried it stings when I touch it but I want to know what it is and if it is fatal and if I should see a doc pleas repl thanks

    It could be an ingrown hair but I would go and see the doctor
