I received a letter from collection attorney syating that a judgement was sent to the court for entry. If I wish to make some kind of arrangemnt to avoid possible execution of this judgement call this office... my question is can't a judgement only be made by a judge and is this just a tatic to collect more than what I am sending:confused:

You are sending payments already, and they are trying to get a judgment? I don't see why or how they could do that... I would say talk to an attorney.
