    Water
I have heard that drinking water room temperature vs. cold flushes out the toxins best. Is this true? If so, why?

    Thanks!

    Water Flush
    Hi there.

Never heard about the difference in room temperature... though I am aware that very cold water (iced) can go straight through the system, rapidly, and can give stomach cramps, particularly after training.

Water is a very good thing to consume in general, around 1.5 to 2 ltrs a day is best.
