    Pregnancy with Tubialigation and Miscarage?
    Blessings,

I am writing because I have my tubes tied 5 years ago after my 3rd child. Then a week ago my breasts started getting very tender and swelling. I had not have a period in a little over a month. Then last night as Iwas getting ready for bed Istarted having sever cramps which hurt as if I was giving birth to a baby. For about 6 hours I went on with these pains till I got up and decieded to take a bath. I still did not feel right in the bath and when I got out I had blood going down my legs. When I sat down and stood back up I had lost what looked like to be a clot the size which was a little larger than a silver dollar and it looked to of had a string of blood connected to it. Could I of just had a miscarage?

    Thank you for your time.

Maat, having your tubes tied can throw the hormones out of balance. Unfortunately there really isn't any way to know if this was a miscarriage. The only way would have been by having a Quantitative beta HCG blood test which measures the actual amount of HCG present in your blood. This test is used for detecting early miscarriages in some women. Please make an appointment to go see your doctor.
