Can I determine the rough in dimension (10in, 12in or 14in) for my toilet without removing the toilet to measure to the CL of the drain hole?

I found the answer to my own question about the rough in dimension for the toilet. The closet bolts that mount the toilet to the floor are on the CL of the drainage hole, so the distance from the wall to the clost bolts are the rough in dimension.
