    Unknown Redness
The other night I had sex with this girl. About 45 minutes later I went into the bathroom and noticed that there was a small red spot, smaller than a centimeter, that was on my scrotum, and a little bit of redness trail up the bottom of my penis. So I took some soap and washed it a few times and it burned like hell.
At that point I started getting a bit nervous. Yesterday I hit up the store hoping its some type of rug burn and bought some neosporin and caladryl. I also noticed yesterday that there were a couple of small red spots like... 3 - 4. Which made me more worried, but I also know that I get in grown hairs that stick around for a while. ( though they are not painful or unsightly at all) It just my be a cause of the redness.

Today I went to check it, now the original redspot, looks a lot darker red. Possibly brown. There really is no pain. Slight slight itching that never sticks aorund long enough for me to go scratch. And today I tried some soap and there wasn't a burning sensation anymore.

Ontop of this, the girl said she was clean and was just tested last month. Still I worry.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Or is it something that will go as fast as it came?

It could be a number of things... you should not sleep with someone you're not positive about unless you use a condom. I would definitely say go to the doctor ASAP.

I definitely agree with Charlotte. You didn't specify, but we HOPE you used protection. I remember when that show with Adam Corolla and Dr. Drew used to come on MTV (forgot the name of it?) that there were a few instances (albeit rare), that you can actually be allergic to someone's bodily fluids. Either way, at this point, it's been a couple days so you need to go see your Doc. Even if it has nothing to do with the encounter, whatEVER it is, sounds like u should have it inspected by a professional.

The thing is, it's uncommon for an infection to set in and present symptoms within 45 minutes... to the point I've never heard of it. However, it's not to say that it's not possible.

To be better safe than sorry, get yourself checked at the local clinic.. it's anywhere from $30 - 50 to get it checked...

I agree, symtpoms from a STD for example aren't going to present themselves in an hour. I am thinking maybe it is some chaffing of some sort, or like you suggested, an ingrown hair that is rubbed can possibly cause some pain. And if you rubbed and cleaned it vigorously (especially in that [I]sensitive [I] area) I'm sure it would be a little sore!

Go to the clinic, and we all make mistakes, but try to think about your health before you trust someone's words.
