What's the time frame allowed for an annulment
I was married almost 2 years ago. We got married while my husband was in prison. We haven't lived together since we were married nor have we consummated our vows. Actually haven't even been in contact with each other until he was released. We have decided that its time to take care of this matter. Is annulment an option? Or do we have to get a divorce because its been 2 years:confused:

Most have time frames, if in the US, it will vary from state to state.
Normally 2 years is pushing most limits. But if he is agreeable to it, just do a divorce, you have an attorney or even a paralegal do the paper work, heck ifyou both agree, do it from a online place, you both sign, file it and the divorce is over. Most likely the divorce will be cheaper and easier if both of your agree to do it
