    Loading Quilts/Blankets in Washer
Hi Everyone newbie:) here. I just bought an used Whirlpool heavy duty /super capacity 2 speed 7 cycle top load washer. My question is, can I safely wash 1 Quilt (full size) or will it over load washer the manual says nothing about washing blankets & quilts, also would like to know if there is a better way to washing socks & undies because this is what ruined my other washer they got stuck between the inner and outer tub, so how can I keep this from happening. Thank You Rhonda

Personally, I take heavy items like this to the laundymat and use the commercial unit to clean to avoid damage to my unit. You have experienced problems from this once so you might want to do the same. Good Luck
