Eachtime I boot system it goes for file consistency checking, How to stop this ?

Do you mean chkdsk? Have you checked your startup items to see if something is starting every time you start your PC? Do you shut down the PC properly? Did this just start happening or is it after you had installed or uninstalled something?

If you go to Start.. Run.. Type "cmd", then type "msconfig" into the prompt.

You will be able to see a list of programs that run during start up.
