what are the diffences between cash flow and fund flow?

I've seen this question several times and am not sure I've ever seen anyone actually answer it, so I'm guessing anyone on here recently doesn't have an answer. Are you in the U.S. I've not heard the term "fund flow." If I got a book definition, it might mean something to me. (i.e. I might know a different term for it, or even if not, I might be able to determine what it is.)
