2005 ,BMW, 36000 miles has been fueld with regular gas for 2 years, will a fuel injector work?

Sounds like you need to find out exactly what is causing it to shake.
It could be a number of things and probably not anything to do with the fuel.
Is the whole car shimmying? Does it do it all the time or just certain times?
