Water constantly flowing from Drain Vent
I have noticed water flowing from the water vent outside our apt, it has been running practically all day. Tried turning off the main water supply but it still runs. However, if I run the bath for a while it stops. Anyone know what the problem could be?

What "water vent"? I sure sounds like you're describing a water heater T&P relief valve. This is caused by 1) high pressure, 2) a faulty valve **or** 3) You have a sprinkler system iand a check valve or a backflow preventer installed next to your water meter.
Now! Do you have a PRV, (pressure regulating valve installed? Do you have a sprinkler system or any work done on your water service? Water been hotter lately? Back to you, Tom

It certainly could be a water heater T&P relief valve. That sounds accurate. Not sure if there is a pressure regulating valve , I'll need to have a look as we are only renting. No sprinkler system. No work done as far as I know.

Do you have anything installed next to your water meter? Regards, Tom
