90s movie and french film
I need help trying to figure out two different movies.
One is a movie about a father, I believe a widower, and his two kids who own a hotel on the beach or near the beach. The man wants to sell it or close it down until a group of prep school kids show up to stay there for a while. That is about all I remember about the film.
The other film I watched in a censorship in film class. I can't remember the name of the movie and can't find my old syllabus. All I really remember is that it is about a woman in france(I believe) that helps gives her neighbor an abortion. From there she keeps doing them for other people until it all eventually catches up to her. O and at some point her husband goes off to war. I think its world war II.
