My divorce papers say that the child support is suppose to come to me through an Income Withholding Order and it has never happened. My Ex does pay me pretty much like he should but I really need to get this done. It has been a little over a year since the finalization of the divorce but it has never been set to come to me this way. How do I get his done?

Have a order of garnishment filed with his employor, Since in the support order you alreeady have a court order for it, call the clerk at the court and ask how to set up the order the judge issued.

Did you use a lawyer to get your divorce done ? If so you might want to go back to them and explain what they may have missed. Depending on your fees if it was supposed to be in there and done then you may have already paid for the service.
