Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for viewing and responding to this post.
I have had sleeping problems for the last few years, however its gotten uncontrollable lately. For example, its 6:25am now and I haven't slept yet. I'm doing this every night, and then I'm not functional for school. Despite the fact I'm physically and mentally exhausted, I still cannot sleep.
Sleeping pills don't work, I have even overdosed and taken 16 pills and it only made me drowsy. My parents aren't really all that interested, they just blame it on my 'body clock' and tell me to go to sleep.
How can I get back into a regular sleep pattern? I want to sleep, but its ridiculous when you're staring at a ceiling for 5-6 hours and still not falling asleep.
Please help!
Thanks,
Louis.
