Chases attorney sent me a request in default judgment but it did not have to court bearing seal the osc is not scheduled till the end of July how can the osc be till the end of July and they fill out the request default in judgment from their office and mail it to me witout the filed stamp or the judges singature the judge has to file and sign the judgment and they told me on the phone that owe more then 2100.00 and the they only are for 1800.00 with all the attorey fees and interest fees. They threatened me to get a judgment against me before but they just typed this and sent in their envelope. Can their license be suspended for this action?

No, they are merely sending you paper work for a default judgement, it is just what is used to file, it is intended to scare you
