Low water pressure kitchen sink after water heater flush
I flushed my water heater today. When I was done, the water pressure at all the sinks, tub, washer, dishwasher, etc worked just fine, except for the kitchen sink. I took out the aerator and confirmed there was nothing there. Ran the water without the aerator in and water pressure is still about half of what it was. Is there sediment in the line, and if so, how do I flush that out? Or is there another reason for such low pressure? Please help.

Mismaster - IS the problem on the hot and cold side both, What kind of faucet do you have? Is it a two handle or two handle and what kind is it? I am thinking that it is only on the hot water side and that there is some trash caught at the seal inside of the faucet, IF YOU HAVE A SHUT OFF UNDER THE SINK THURN THE HOT WATER OFF GOING TO THE FAUCRT, Now take the water line loose and have a pan to catch water in , slighty turn the water back on and let about a pint out to see if you have water thereif so have some one to turn the cold water on ,hold pan to catch the water with only should need about a quart of water , I have done this last part on some fauctes but it won't work on all of them, if you got water under the sink in the pan jt worked , if so hook all back up and then try and see if you have good water pressure now , if not then it is on the inside of the faucet. And RIGHT NOW I Don't KNOW WHAT KIND IT IS AND ONE OR TWO HANDLE .:: Hope this worked, Good Luck and GOD BLESS LET US KNOW , need questions answered ::: F.B.E.

It's both hot and cold. I'll have to go look at the faucet to see if I can tell what kind it is but it is one handle.

Sorry, to be more specific, it is a pull out spray as seen here:

Kitchen faucets, Franke Pull Out Spray Faucets, Single Hole faucets, Orca faucets, bridge faucets, granite, pot fillers, FF780, FF200
