Sure they can get life insurance but it is extremely expensive to put it mildly. If they are in excellent health with no high blood pressure and no other serious diseases they need to shop around and go with a name brand company at a decent rate. Chances are though, it's going to be a very expensive premium.

Rates are based on age and health, they can not insure you if you have bad enough health.
