Yes I don't want to sound rude, but seminole county where?? What country , If in the US what state. We have people from 100's of countries here and if in the US from every state and territory.

In general first you have to pay for a marriage license, in TN the price varies, in TN if you took counseling before, the price is cheaper. But you are looking at 50 to 100 dollars most likely.

As for the wedding, for example here in Cobb County and Fulton county GA, the judge does weddings twice a day. I forget the actual cost but across the county it ranges from nothing to about 100 dollars.

Also many court clerks ( where you get your license) has either a board or a file of pastors who will come and do wedding at the courthoue or do weddings in the park, or you home or their home

But the only way to really know what your local court does is call them
