I have two etchings by Max Mougel. He is listed as a WPA artist, and apparently also has an etching in the Smithsonian's collection. Does anyone know more about him? The works I have are entitled Corsican Grand Mother, and Talmudic Jew. He is obviously quite proficient. Thanks
