    Inmigration and Bankruptcy
I brough a lady(maria) from south america, through a fiancée visa and I got married to maria last February and submit her inmigration papers in order to legalize her,but in the midtime I am in the process of declaring my unnavoidable situation of bankruptcy,my question is: Since I am her sponsor as her husband on the INS;,the bankruptcy will affect the continuation of her documentation on the INS Officcess? In another words: INS versus bankruptcy process!!

INS doesn't exist anymore... it's USCIS, but anyway yes it will affect the application. It should be a question on the financial requirements forms.

    How old are you both?

You will need a joint sponsor for her visa.
