Belkin (router) said "ask ISP provider(tiscali) to do a whoosh (sic) test" which I did.
Their response does not mention "whoosh".
Can somebody tell me what such a test might reveal please ?

Whoosh Test - The IP provider conducts this test to make sure that your telephone line has a signal loss of less than 45dB between the master socket and the telephone exchange.Quote:
