    Radiators use steam or hot water. Electric furances heat forced hot air, they are two totally different systems. I am not aware of any electric boiler but just because I haven't seen one doesn't mean they don't exist. I think we need to move you to another site, this is not an electronics question.     If you have a forced air system a hot water coil can be added to make it a dual fuel system(Quite common in my area). If you do not have a forced air system duct work and your air handler would need to be installed.
