    Evicting my daughter
I live in va beach, va and my daughter is not on my lease, we had a verbal agreement for her to pay $300 a month to stay, but she refuses to pay. I gave her a written 30 day notice to move out. Do I still need to go to court to put her out?

Yes, unfortunately you will have to go to court about this to legally do the eviction properly. Too bad she doesn't want to pay the $300. I wonder just where she is going to find a nice home to live in for that amount of money? Oh well, I guess she's going to find that there is nothing to rent out there at that price. Suggest she look in the classified ad section for suitable housing as she will be needing a new apartment very shortly.

Well of course she is suppose to just move if you give her notice. But if she does not move you will have to go to housing court
