I signed the lease with this person from 09/08-01/09 then I would be off the lease and the person would take over the lease starting 01/09. As a favor, that person left some furniture at my apartment to keep until move in in September. Unfortunately, the furniture triggers my asthma since it's so dusty. I have asked him to remove it and given a lot of availability to come. He says he's going to come at a specific time, but does not come at all and is not willing to come until next week. This happens twice, I finally gave a deadline. What can I legally do? Can I call people to move to dispose of it and charge him for it? Would appreciate any advice.

Clean it and send him a bill.
