    Unpaided traffic tickets
I am a single mother and I have some unpaid traffic tickets. I have tried to pay them out, but they want there money at once. Is there any way you can pay them out.

You can try paying one at a time. Sometimes if you call up the clerk's office and explain that you can't come up with the money all at once, they can put you on a payment plan. Not every location has this available but it would be worth a phone call to see if this can be arranged for you. Also, try not to keep getting traffic tickets in the future as your license can be lost due to too many points, not to mention your car insurance will go up also.

Unless the DMV is willing to give you a payment plan, then you have no choice. They are within their rights. You could try to get a loan to cover the amounts.

The late fees and surcharges for not paying may be more than the interest on a loan.

If they have already said no once I think your only choice might be some sort of loan from a family member or friend or credit card payment.

Ok, did you go to court on them ? If no, did you send them in saying you are guilty?

But you can go before the judge and request payments, I have never seen the judge deny a suspect the right to make payments.
Normally this is asked when you first go to court on the ticket.
