    Passport on probation
Can you receive a passport while on probation even though you were never convicted?

I don't even know of them granting permission to leave the state let alone the country but you can always try asking your probation officer.

You can not be on probation unless you were found guilty, did a plea agreement or plead guity,

So if you never received a guilty verdice, you really need an attorney since you can't be on probation unless you had a guilty verdict.

But you can get a passport anytime the issue will be the visa needed to enter most nations,

    Hello mo:

The Padre is right. Without a conviction, there's NO probation...

In any case, you ought to be able to get a passport.
