Something is wrong with my software. It will not download anything. I had this software called Internet Download Manager. I have a Windows XP. So, what should I do?

I think you need to go to Add/Remove Programs and remove this program

Make sure it is not running when you do this -- Try to download a fresh copy

Have you tried to download without using this program? If you have a second

Browser have you tried to download with it -- Not Internet Download Manager

Maybe you will need send a file to this computer with a new copy...
