I am in US since May 2008 on L1 Visa. I have below tax return related questions

1. What is my filing status? Resident alien, non resident alien or dual status alien.
2. I was paid and taxed in India from Jan to April 2008. Is this income taxable again in US? What if I do not include this income in US tax return.
3. What are the forms that I should fill.

If you are single, then you are Dual status -- nonresident in the beginning and resident in the end of the year. You have completed 183 days in 2007.
