My brother is currently in the middle of a divorce and she recently had his baby. What rights does he have? To make it more complicated she moved from Illinois to Arizona and left their house. She had the baby in Arizona and she told him he couldn't come down to see the baby. Also she has given the child her maiden name. He wants everything to do with this child and she is making it as difficult as possible. Can she do this?

If she did not list him on the birth certificate, he will have to file for paternity (DNA) test. And then file for visitation to be ordered from the courts and to arrange for proper child support.
