In 2001 I plead guilty to 2nd degree possession of Methamphetamine. I received a 44-month sentence.

I was released March 1st, 2004, in April 0f 2005 I was given my EOS document.

How do I go about getting this Expunged from my record?

I'm being turned down for good jobs because of this. We've done our time! I've taken responsibility for my actions. I want nothing more than to put this behind me an move forward in life.

Get an attorney and have him petition in court. But I agree with excon. Not likely to be granted for at least 10 years after your release.

I will agree with excon they are not even going to look at explunging until at least 8 years and most likely 10 years. They will be looking to see that you have not been in trouble, that you have worked steady, and that you may have increased your education
