I received a claim of lien against my property for unpaid hoa dues. The letter stated that unless it is pai in 45 days they will foreclose on my property in Florida. Is this right? I appreciate all input.

You need to read the rules of the HOA.

If the situation described above is outlined in them, and they are within the limits of Florida law, you are in trouble.
