Immigrant husband left and I want Divore!
What do I do if my husband left back to Mexico in November of 2007 and I want a divorce?
We were having problems when I started college in July of 07 and just recently finished and looking for work at the time. He has no papers and that was one of the problems that we would argue about when the baby was going to be born. That is when I found out that he only married me thinking that when we had children I was going to start paper work on him.
My son is Two years old and I fell out of love with his father when the baby was born. He told his friends that worked with my step father that the baby boy that I had was not his.
Someone please reach out and help me, I don't want him to come back and say that we are still married and have no proof of divorce.
