The outside fan for ac will not turn, we have replaced fan, fan capacitor and contactor. Fan inside will turn on but the unit outside does not do a thing! Any suggestions?

Does the compressor run?

Check the fuses or circuit breakers for 220 volts across both legs of the a/c outside circuit feed at the entrance to the contactor.

Really sounds like lack of power,, I really hope you didn`t replace all those parts and all was wrong was a breaker or power problem,, OUCH!!
